Consisting of successful entrepreneurs and executives, the Operating Partners help Catalyst identify investment opportunities and assist in the due diligence process. Once an investment is made, the Operating Partners are available to support the growth of Catalyst’s portfolio companies – including serving on a board of directors, sourcing executives to supplement management teams, providing strategy counsel, and arranging senior-level customer or M&A introductions.
